Just a short message today, dear friends, on this lovely St Patrick’s Day – enjoy yourselves, create an Irish atmosphere no matter where you are around the world, and join in with the celebrations! Cook an Irish Stew – it’s really easy, all you need is some cubed lamb or beef, potatoes, carrots, an onion, a cabbage, salt and pepper! Throw it all into a big casserole with a lot of olive oil and cook for about three hours, adding water regularly… Scrumptious!

Decorate your place with some Irish flags, shamrocks, leprechauns, or just anything green, and open a bottle of Irish whiskey; you’ll get into the mood in no time!

And most of all, of course, enjoy lots of Irish music – the essence of the day, singing along to some cheerful Irish tunes; whether it’s a classic rebel song…
…or a tongue-in-cheek boast of an Irish lad nicknamed Bold O’Donaghue…
…or a tale of a merry widow from Dublin called Biddy Mulligan…
…or, of course, an Irish Pub Song!
And most of all, don’t forget: Everybody’s Irish on St Patrick’s Day!
Have a happy St Patrick’s Day, dear friends, and sláinte!
